Any fans of Sanrio characters on this board? I hadn't seen a dedicated thread so I thought it'd be fun to start one up!
(If there already is one, let me know, i'll delete this one or a mod may move it if it's not in the right place ><)
Sanrio has a plethora of cute cute furry/chibifur characters ^^ There's the popular, mainstream ones like Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll etc. Nothin wrong with those cuties, of course. However, I think it'd be nice to give some attention to ones that don't get as much love/merchandise as some of the main faces you often see. Here are some of mine:
Lloromannic / Berry + Cherry:
Llorommanic (which is Cinnamoroll backwards) is the devilish duo of Berry and Cherry. I'm a sucker for anything with a demon/devil motif, so the first time I saw these two, they became automatic favs. It seems nowadays they've been getting more attention and popularity (as they should!) so I suppose they're not as niche as some of my other favs.
U*SA*HA*NA
Usahana (usually styled as U*SA*HA*NA*) is another cute little bunny that I think deserves some more love. It seems this is starting to become the case as a few months ago, I bought a Usahana themed tote bag at the Sanrio store in Little Tokyo. I remember owning a plush of her when I was a kid and taking it with me on a train ride with my dad. I ended up forgetting about her on the train ;_; I was too scared to tell my parents I lost her >.< If I could ever find that same plush of her online I'd buy it in an instant!
Pandapple:
NOW I think we're entering slightly more niche territory. I remember being such a huge fan of this little guy back in middle school ^w^ I even had a wallet with him featured on it. I especially like when merch of him decides to go with a more pastel color scheme rather than his usual default palette. Here's an example:

Now here's a fella that I don't really see any merch of these days. I absolutely love this little robo puppy ^w^ For the merch he does have, it often featured him on a really nifty blue background color.
As of me writing this post, this "writing tablet" (which seems to just be a notebook) is on sale via eBay.
I have plenty more characters that I'd love to talk about but these ones are the first ones that come to mind. I'd love to hear about some of your lesser known Sanrio favs. If you have any merch of said favs, i'd also love to hear about or even see pics of them :3
