This board is dedicated to chibifur, nintendo, sparkleanimals, and other obscure topics. You can use this board to share your creations, research, or ask questions. You can also trade or sell merchandise if you so choose, under certain circumstances.
If you break one of these rules, you will be given a strike OR banned based on severity:
1- No spamming or trolling. Shitposting is OK but only 2 posts per day.
2- NO stealing, scamming, lying to the mods, or other dishonest activities.
3- We do not encourage abuse, threats, or bullying behavior. DO NOT be racist, homophobic, transphobic, or ableist etc. We DO not condone those viewpoints here. Everyone is welcome on teensyangl. Be polite to others who may be different from yourself.
4- NO sexual harassment, through forum posts, DMs, or pictures.
5- Backing out of trades or sales after saying yes / confirming the purchase.
6- Being warned 3 times by a moderator for rule breaking is 3 strikes, and you will be banned.
7- Do not advertise other communities, discords, etc. It is ok if you ask for permission or if it is for online games.
8- Please be considerate of others by putting trigger warnings on things and warnings for flashing imagery.

What is considered off topic....?
— Posting about your day
— Posting about anything that is not somehow related to furries, pokemon, chibifur, internet subculture, sparkleanimals, video games, or music.
— Asking for money with no exchange or commission.
— Callout posts or drama.
— Politics or very serious topics. Please keep in mind the above rules.
Off topic posting will not get you banned, but will get you a warning. Please try to stay on topic.
Rules for advertising art sales and merchandise, and also buying:
— Only sell things furries and chibifur fans might like. Anime / video games merch is OK as long as you see people on the forum who like these franchises or similar.
— Do not complain about how sales are poor or not going well. You can do that other places.
— Keep track of your finances and orders.
— If you comment and say anything like, "I am ready to purchase this" please know you are confirming to buy something. ONLY comment on a forum if you have questions about it or want to buy. Backing out of orders makes you untrustworthy so nobody wants to do business with you.
Only sell on the Selling board. If you must, make a post in the selling forum and leave a link in another thread.
— Try to ship your orders out within a month. If you buy something from someone and it takes more than a month, reach out to them. If you fail to ship your orders out within a month without a proper excuse, you will be blacklisted from selling things on the forum.
RULES ADDENDUM 1/17/2024:
The rules in place on teensyangl are strict to keep it as a peaceful internet forum. Please note that, due to the nature of the forum and preserving history, building internet archives, it is recognized that some content may not especially keep in check with our rules. If you link content outside of teensyangl for internet preservation, critical thought discussion, it is possible the mods will not take action against you.
Examples of preservation:
A creator who is a bad person is mentioned a few times in a conversation, but no explicit content / callouts are linked.
Making a joke for fun, especially contributing to a conversation, is different than shitposting. (Just try not to spam the board).
Discussing something offtopic is fine if you can explain how it contributed to the culture of something (furry, chibifur, this community, etc). Just be upfront.
Discussing how a bad actor impacted this community, while hopefully stating you do not agree with their actions.

Reporting is the best way to help improve the forum. Our moderation team works very hard to make teensyangl a good place. We are human, and not perfect, but please know that this site is moderated daily. Please give mods at least 24-36 hours to respond to more serious reports.
We do not encourage callouts, bullying, harassment, or user infighting. If you have a problem, please make a report. This forum strives to be a place for sharing information and creativity, and does not want to be a stressful internet space. It not only stresses out the moderators, but also everyone who browses teensyangl.
