When I read this thread, I actually realized I am drawn most towards the Unown pokemon, the Ruins of Alph, (Gen 2) and the Abyssal Ruins in Gen 5.


Generally, the Ruins of Alph actually are the most disappointing part of the Gen 2 games, which are the games I love the most. Same with the Abyssal Ruins, they just don't really offer any interesting lore. I find them mysterious and intriguing anyways, and have read most of the lore available about the areas.
